FREE family fun for our Fairmount community!

Now in it’s 16th year, the Halloween Festival + Parade is back! Come in costume + celebrate Halloween with your neighbors. Family friendly festivities and art making will flow from the studios and out onto the sidewalks.

The neighborhood parade will kick-off at 4:45pm from the Art Center, with Positive Movement Drumline and end at 24th & Aspen Streets.

Call For Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to support parade safety and the Sweets + Treats station set up at 24th & Aspen. Please email info@Phillyartcenter.com to donate candy, sweets and a bit of time to support this awesome, annual neighborhood event!
